Baby Loss Club (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered charity supporting individuals affected by baby loss through online communities, peer support, therapy access, events, and resources.
2. Donations
- Donations made through the Website are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Donations are processed via Jeffy. By donating, you agree to Jeffy’s payment terms in addition to ours.
- All donations are used to support the charitable objectives of Baby Loss Club.
3. Events
- We offer both paid and free events.
- Paid events are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event.
- Event registration and payment are processed via Stripe. By registering, you agree to Stripe’s payment terms.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change events and will notify participants where possible.
4. Therapy Access
- Baby Loss Club may provide access to therapy services via Self Space (https://theselfspace.com/).
- Therapy is either:
- Fully funded by Baby Loss Club for the first 8 sessions, or
- Funded directly by the individual.
- All therapy sessions and related arrangements are provided and managed entirely by Self Space, including:
- Therapist selection, scheduling, and communication
- Conduct of sessions and therapeutic methods
- Any fees associated with self-funded sessions
- Baby Loss Club is not responsible for the quality, outcomes, or any issues arising from therapy provided by Self Space.
- By accessing therapy through the Baby Loss Club website, participants agree to comply with Self Space’s Terms and Conditions, and understand that Self Space is the service provider.
5. Online Community
- Our online community is hosted via Circle Community. Users must create a separate account with Circle to join.
- Members must follow both Circle’s Terms of Service and the Baby Loss Club Community Guidelines.
- Baby Loss Club reserves the right to:
- Remove posts, comments, or members that breach guidelines
- Restrict access to content that violates rules
- Baby Loss Club is not responsible for content posted by other users.
- User-generated content may contain sensitive personal data, and users consent to its use in accordance with the community guidelines.
6. Website Content & Medical Disclaimer
- All resources, blogs, community posts, or other content on this Website are for educational and informational purposes only.
- Content does not constitute medical, professional, or crisis advice.
