Baby Loss at Work

We want to ensure parents and families feel supported when they are ready to return to work after baby loss. We work with organisations to better care for employees affected by loss, helping workplaces respond with confidence, compassion and clarity when it matters most.

Through access to specialist therapy, resources, training materials and practical guidance, we support managers and People teams to provide thoughtful, meaningful support at work.

The real story in the UK

Baby loss affects every workplace, and most managers feel unprepared when it happens. Through Baby Loss Club, you can give your employees direct access to our directory of trusted therapists who specialise in bereavement support. No long waiting lists, no navigating the system alone. Just the right support, when it's needed most.
